If you have any concerns, please contact us so we can help resolve any issues. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us or for an exchange/store credit.

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.

Please contact us to request a refund. We will send you an email back with a pre-paid label and mail the package back to us. A repacking fee will apply if packing materials are not returned complete.  


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds are subject to 10% restocking fee. Please allow at least 2 business day from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. if you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. 

Exchange/Store Credit

There is no restocking fee for exchanges or store credit, if the item(s) being exchanged is in condition as shipped. 


All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact via email.

Free Standard Shipping by Canada Post with any online purchase of $300 or more (merchandise subtotal) within Canada. Orders under $300, we charge a flat rate of $20 per machine and parts/attachment(s) are a flat rate of $10.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confimation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

If an item is on pre-order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for second shipment.
