JELLO SQUARE

3/4 cup margarine

1 3/4 cup flour

pinch salt

1 - 8oz pkg. cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup prepared Dream Whip

1 - 3oz pkg. lemon Jello

1 cup hot water

2 - 3oz pkg. strawberry Jello

3 cup hot water

In the Bosch Food Processor, combine margarine, flour and salt. Mix until crumbs resemble size of cornmeal. Press contents into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

In Bosch bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and prepared Dream Whip until smooth. In separate bowl, combine lemon Jello with 1 cup hot water. Stir until Jello has dissolved. Cool and then add to cream cheese mixture. Pour over cooked shortbread crust and refrigerate until solid.

Combine strawberry Jello with 3 cups hot water; stir until dissolved. Cool. Spread carefully over hardened cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until Jello has hardened. Cut into squares.

YIELD: Approximately 24 to 30 squares.
